We're a team of highly motivated and experienced consultants, in a company that is celebrating 22 years in the recruitment industry. We have Investors in People accreditation, which demonstrates our commitment to the continual development of our own staff, and we also have ISO9001:2000 accreditation for our comprehensive candidate screening and training programmes.
- We are a specialist recruitment organisation, providing temporary and permanent personnel throughout the South East of England with an emphasis on high quality, best value service provision and first-rate customer care. Established in 1982, Action First has built a reputation based upon these values, such that we are not only regarded as a leading supplier of personnel but also as an organisation which forms lasting relationships, based on trust, with its customers.
- We provide staff in a number of key areas of specialisation: Social Work; Commissioning/ Policy; Administrative/Clerical. This concentration on specific areas has enabled us to build up expertise within them and this enables our clients to benefit from higher quality service provision.
- We are suppliers of Social Work staff to every London Borough as well as an increasing number of Councils throughout the South East of England. This has led to expertise in recruiting for the sector as well as the development of an extremely strong database. Our Social Work specialism includes qualified Social Workers, Managers, Directors as well support staff in residential and administration capacities. Coverage extends across all Public Sector provision including Probation, Health (PCT), Education and also Independent and Charity Sectors.
- Action First has relationships with a large number of Local Government, Public Sector and not-for-profit organisations. This sector represents one of our core areas of business.
