As an organisation, Action First are driven by the people - our clients, our candidates and our staff. Here is a brief intoduction to our management team who ensure that our customers receive an outstanding service throughout the whole recruitment life-cycle.
Paul is an experienced sales and business developer with an established background in the social care and healthcare sectors. In his early career he experienced sales as a national account manager in the manufacturing industry – this gave him first hand experience of managing large scale customer accounts with many high profile clients and the management of a large team. His 12 year career in recruitment providing temporary and permanent staff includes time in sales, marketing, finance and operational sectors before becoming a specialist in health and social care.
Prior to joining Synarbor Paul acted as an Area Manager a Healthcare recruitment business, working very closely with a range of healthcare and social care clients including the NHS. He is close to the safeguarding and legislative requirements in those sectors as a result and well as the differing types of contractual arrangements that exist to service this challenging client group. Paul leads the social care teams at Synarbor and has responsibility for operational delivery for Academy Social Care and Action First. He manages a large team of consultants and resourcers and has worked directly with many key clients in the sector. Paul also has responsibility for the quality of all service delivered from his teams and drives high levels of customer and client care into the business.

Keith became familiar with the social care industry when he worked for an outdoor media company, Viacom Outdoor. During his media sales role, Keith directed a successful media attraction and selection campaign for Greenwich Council, working to recruit people for fostering, adoption and education. The campaign is still implemented today after eight years.
Following his role at Viacom, Keith worked with a social care agency as a consultant for over two years, he then developed his organisational and people skills by working for a financial agency for 18 months in Project Management. At this point, Keith recognised that he missed the social care sector and decided to continue his career as manager at Action First. Keith now heads up a large team in London, bringing a treasure of experience from within the sector.
